Representatives of the Montenegrin IT community (representatives of Alicorn, Amplitudo, Bild Studio, Codeus, Codingo, Coinis, Data Design, Dev Club, Fleka, Logate, Oykos Development), held the founding assembly of ICT Cortex on March 1, 2021 and thus officially formed this professional association.
The founders of Čanice will allocate over one million euros for the needs of this project, and the support of the state through a private-public partnership is expected. At the founding assembly of the Association, the Statute was adopted and the members of the Management Board were elected: Nenad Novović (Amplitudo), Sanja Gardašević (Alicorn), Dejan Petković (Coinis), Branimir Bukilić (Data Design), Miloš Milošević (Fleka), Ivica Tatar (Logate), Filip Andjelic (Oykos Development).
Branimir Bukilić was elected President of the Assembly, while Sanja Gardašević is the President of the Management Board. In the next three years, ICT Cortex will be led by Tarik Zaimović, founder and director of Bild studio, and his team will include experts in the field of communication, project management, education, marketing and sales: Vesna Purić, Tanja Dukić, Ferida Mandić, Valentina Beg Deljanin and Milena Aković.
