Representative of NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro participated at the meeting of partners within the project Think global – grow local which was held in period of 26th to the 31st July in German town Gorlitz.
Main aim of the meeting was connection with partner organizations for future projects with focus on cooperation with local communities.
Other aims of this project are creating new partnerships among countries which have benefits of EU programmes, creating new partnerships with countries of Western Balkan and other Eastern European countries which work with and for young people, their education, exchanges and other activities.
In order to establish better connections participants organized football match at sport stadium Nieder- Neundorf. After football match during the night was organized intercultural night where representatives of 24 organizations represented products and customs of their own countries.
Gorlitz is famous by its artistic lifestyle, including many cultural centres, art galleries and musicians. Participants of this project also visited art gallery Alena and they enjoyed in pleasant atmosphere surrounded with real masterpieces. Participants also visited Center for youth and social culture RABRYKA, place invented and made by young people from recycled raws.
Project Think global- grow local included young people from 16 European countries, and participation took 24 representatives of organizations from Croatia, Ukraine, Turkey, Italy, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Serbia, Moldavia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denmark, Poland, Spain, Latvia, Germany and Montenegro.
