The NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro marked the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, November 25.
An animation was published on the youtube and instagram profile of the organization, through which we informed the victims of violence as well as its witnesses, where they can seek help.
Conscientious reporting and efficient prosecution are key steps for a successful response of society to violence against women, which according to all indicators is still worryingly present in Montenegro. It is very important that everyone who is aware of or notices any form of violence, reacts and reports cases of the same in their environment. We must not remain silent about violence against women and domestic violence, but we must fight against it continuously, hoping for its eradication as soon as possible.
