The NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro held a workshop “Canvas Business Model” on October 23, 2020 in the hotel Yugoslavia, in Niksic. The workshop is part of the project “Through Business to Equality” funded by the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights.
The lecture on the Canvas business model was intended for business beginners, young entrepreneurs and women entrepreneurs who want to start their own business.
The theoretical part of the workshop was intended to explain the purpose of the Canvas business model. The main goal of the Canvas business model is to help companies turn production-oriented thinking towards a business thinking model. This is a dynamic tool that enables and initiates constant modification and addition of content. It is suitable for all categories – from potential entrepreneurs to large companies and easy for all employees to apply.
In the final part of the workshop, the participants had the opportunity for practical work in groups where future entrepreneurs presented their business ideas through the Canvas business model.
