NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro in cooperation with HRpartners held 21. 04. 2018. open-type workshop for high school students. The workshop was held in the premises of the Youth Center in Podgorica.
As one of the possibilities for career counseling, the Step Up Center , which offers a specific Program #OMG, was presented to the workshop participants. Through this program, secondary school students, as the end result, receive their first Career Development Plan that they can carry out independently or with the further support of the experts. During this program, participants will have the opportunity to pass testing, individual career counseling and drafting their action plan in order to best prepare for one of the most important decisions: what after high school?
Students were presented two directions within this program “Who am I” and “Face with your Career”. At the end of this program, participants received their first Career Action Plan and a short report based on testing and interviews, group work and workshops.
The workshop was attended by fifteen students of the third and fourth grade who showed their interest and readiness to decide for their future careers. In addition to this program, the website of Mladiinfo Montenegro, a mobile application as well as the work of the volunteer service was presented to high school students.
