Experience: Aleksandra Terek

I had the opportunity to spend 10 days in Poland and during that period to attend 7 days of NVC training held by Marta Kulaga, who introduced me to the basics of this type of communication. I left as a representative of the NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro, and the training was organized by the NGO Instyt Innowacji.

Representatives of the organization, during the training, were Lukasz Teofilak and Paulina Drzal, who did their best to meet all our expectations and needs and did a great job. In addition to training, I made friends with young people from 11 countries and spent free time with them. The trainings lasted about 8 hours a day, depending on the day and the exercises that accompanied the lectures. The participating countries, in addition to Montenegro, are: Northern Macedonia, Greece, Italy, Cyprus, Georgia, Ukraine, Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland and Jordan.

Personal experiences are very positive on my part because in addition to learning something new that I will be able to use in private and professional life in the future, I made new friendships that gave me a great experience in Poland.

I hope for new projects!
