Experience: Irena Madžgalj

Thanks to the NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro, I had the opportunity to be part of the Erasmus + program from 1st till 10th November 2021 and to participate in training with representatives from Moldova, the Czech Republic, Georgia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Portugal and Turkey. Digital Media Skills for Inclusion project, held in Kemer, Turkey.

I am very happy because I got the opportunity to represent my country on this interesting project. This is not my first ERASMUS + training. I had the opportunity to represent Montenegro at a large number of exchanges, projects and trainings. Already on the first day I noticed that the participants are very interesting people, so I was convinced that those 10 days will be filled with interesting and useful events. The training consisted of a variety of activities, which largely involved teamwork. All these activities were informative, and I am happy to have had the opportunity to learn that way.

In addition to the training, the days spent in Turkey were filled with socializing, making new friends, learning, exploring, getting to know new places, cities and cultures. I am glad that I managed to meet people from other parts of the world, to learn something more and learn about their countries. I must point out that I have received a wish to visit some countries after this project, and I sincerely hope that I will achieve my goals. It was very interesting to learn about their cultures, and to get acquainted with the way of thinking and attitudes on the topic of the project. In addition to daily workshops, we had an intercultural evening where each participant had the opportunity to present their country.

On this occasion, I would like to thank the NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro for the successful cooperation and enabling the implementation of the project, with the hope that we will do it again in the future. I would also like to invite all young people to participate in similar trainings because the experience is really invaluable.
