Mladiinfo organized training in financial management of the organization

NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro organized training on financial management of the organization in Ulcinj in the period from September 17 until September 23, 2021. The training is part of the Erasmus plus project “SETYN: Socially Empowered and Transparent Youth Network”.

30 young people from Montenegro, Poland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, Serbia and Slovakia participated in the training. The topic of the training was focused on the financial management of the organization, including fundraising and project writing.

The main goal of the “SETYN” project is the promotion of good management of youth non-governmental organizations in the Western Balkans and the European Union, assistance in the development of efficient, sustainable and resilient youth organizations, as well as increasing their organizational capacity for efficient management of programs that will engage, connect and empower young people in different areas of the world.

Given that the participants are young people from 8 European countries, part of the activities, including intercultural evenings, is dedicated to getting to know each other’s cultures, traditions and languages. Socializing and visiting Ulcinj were an indispensable part of the training, and during the last day, an excursion was organized for the participants in the form of sailing on Ada Bojan and the Adriatic Sea.
