M!M Volunteers at Training in Struga

Three Mladiinfo Montenegro representatives attended the Project Management Academy (PMA) training course which was organized and financed by the Erasmus+ program.

The training took place in Struga, Macedonia, from April 1-8, and it gathered around 30 participants.

Participants came from all countries in the Balkans, except for Croatia, as well as Europe – United Kingdom, Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Lithuania, and Italy.

Most of the tasks required team work, and they involved exercises about seeking business partners, lectures on emotional intelligence and social inclusion, and tips on how to divide assignments in bigger groups. Participants also developed communication and organizational skills.

All participants were satisfied with the training, and they expressed their wish for further cooperation.

After the completion of all activities, on the final day, participants received a “Youth Pass” certificate.
