Elma Mujević as one of the representatives of the NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro participated in the workshop “Planning for local campaigns and initiatives” that was held in Sremski Karlovci, Serbia, and lasted from 20 to 24 April 2018.
“This is my first participation in a workshop of this kind. I had the opportunity to learn more about planning campaigns and advocacy, which is of great importance. Through this project, I had the opportunity to find out what a good campaign must contain, who our target group is, who we include in our campaign, who our enemies are, and what the goal of our campaign is. It is very important to know what we want to achieve with the campaign and what our strategy and tactics are. The trainers were very helpful because they instructed us to understand what it was that was missing to make our campaign complete. The workshop was conceived as a form of informal education and was followed by various games and energizers which enabled the participants to maintain concentration and at the same time to relax and work in a pleasant environment. Each of the participating countries had the opportunity to display the country’s culture, traditional food, dance, and music.
All would not be complete without a drive along the beautiful blue Danube, which allures with its size and landscape. The last day passed strolling through Novi Sad where we were fascinated by the remains of the Austro-Hungarian culture, and in the evening, we socialized and organized karaoke at the party.
