m!M is a partner in the project “What you give you get: Interpersonal development and social impact through youth participation in local and international volunteering / DIVE” which is implemented by Kendra Impact from Albania in cooperation with organizations: PVN from Albania, Global Analytics from Bosnia and Herzegovina, AzBuki from Serbia, Kreator from Northern Macedonia and ICSI from Kosovo. The project is co-financed through the Erasmus Plus program, and aims to develop the capacity of youth workers and build partnerships between organizations that can later provide a development environment to strengthen social competencies and skills related to employment through active participation in local and international volunteering, youth exchanges and mobility. to categories with fewer opportunities. The survey on the perception of volunteerism included over 300 young people aged 15 to 29 from each state. The aim is to change young people’s perceptions, assess their needs and frame recommendations for organizations, stakeholders and young people on the impact of volunteering on youth empowerment, make up desk research in WB6 countries through desk research;
