Milan Zlatičanin, as a representative of the NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro, participated in the Erasmus + training “Quality for change”, which was held in Romania from 2nd till 8th October. In addition to participants from Montenegro, the training was attended by representatives from Romania, Greece, Portugal, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Jordan, Palestine and Turkey. The topic of the training was youth work with a focus on the NEET population.
“This was my first ERASMUS training, which contributed to me entering it with a small dose of fear due to not so much information about the topic of the project. However, upon arrival at the hotel, it was clear to me that the whole team was completely positive and that it would be interesting for a week. The training consisted of various activities, mostly team, which were both extremely informative and interesting. All this work was facilitated by the active participation of all participants with whom I made friends for a short period of time. It was very interesting to learn about their cultures as well as their perspective on the project. The age of the participants was various, from 18 to 50+, but that did not stop us from creating cohesion in our work and successfully realizing the goals of the project. “
