NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro in cooperation with HRpartners held on 26.04.2018. workshop in two Nikšić schools.
The StepUp Career Center #OMG is presented to the third and fourth grades of the Secondary School of Economics as well as to the students of the same generation at the First Secondary Vocational School in Niksic.
Career Center Step Up uses the tried and tested methodology of working with young people and their career choices. The program is a mix of testing, structured interviews, counseling and guiding the development of the Action Plan.
During this program, participants will have the opportunity to pass testing, individual career counseling and drafting their action plan in order to best prepare for one of the most important decisions: what after high school?
Representatives of the m!M team, whose target group are young people and their education, eventually invited Niksic high school students to join them and apply for some of their numerous programs and schools that inform themselves as well as join the volunteer service.
The workshop was attended by about fifty students of these two high schools. The next presentation of the program will be at the “Slobodan Škerović” Gymnasium in Podgorica on April 27, 2018.
