The representative of the NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro, Natalija Vukčević, within the Erasmus + project “Circus pedagogy for inclusion in the Balkans” participated in the circus pedagogy training in Brežice, Slovenia, in the period from 15.01-23.01.2022.
The training was attended by participants from 12 countries: Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Montenegro, Greece, Turkey, Romania, Serbia and Albania. During this training, participants learned how to use circus pedagogy in working with young people and children. Circus activities are used as a form of pedagogy in learning and non-formal education. The goal of the training was to introduce youth workers and young people to positive and healthy activities that encourage cooperation, strengthen self-confidence and develop coordination and perseverance. Participants had the opportunity to learn basic circus skills, such as acrobatics, juggling, diabolo and balloon shaping.
