Representatives of NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro participated in the digital communication skills training held from June 3–7, 2024, in Almazora, Spain, as part of the Erasmus Plus project “Digital Womunication.”
During the training, participants learned about communication and marketing, with a strong focus on digital communication for nonprofit organizations. Topics included communication channels and the creation of communication strategies. Working in groups on selected topics, participants developed strategies by defining target audiences, objectives, communication channels, key messages, and creating design examples for how these would appear on social media.
The training also covered digital campaigns and marketing. Through practical examples, participants learned what makes campaigns persuasive and how to attract users and clients. Additional sessions explored various types of marketing, market needs analysis, and different marketing strategies.
Following the training in Spain, participants will undergo internships to apply their new skills in practice. Another training session is scheduled to take place in Montenegro in September.
The project aims to enhance the employability of women aged 18 to 30 from rural areas by equipping them with digital communication skills to work in nonprofit organizations.
