NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro, in cooperation with company HRpartners, organizes workshops for high school students on the territory of whole Montenegro. At interactive workshops, We will present the program of the #OMG Career Center, which was supported by the Ministry of Education, the Directorate of General, Vocational and Adult Education.

DESCRIPTION
Career Center Step Up aims to provide secondary school students, secondary school graduates and gymnasium students with professional guidance and finding their career paths. Career Center Step Up offers a specific #OMG Program through which high school students pass and as a result get their first Career Development Plan that they can carry out independently or with the further support of experts.
Career Center Step Up uses the tried and tested methodology of working with young people and their career choices. The program is a mix of testing, structured interviews, counseling and guiding the development of the Action Plan.
