Representatives of the NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro, Milica Žugić, Kristina Pavićević and Aleksandra Vojinović, attended a kick-off meeting in Paralia from 16 to 22 May 2019.
Partner countries Serbia (Youth workers alliance Vranje), Northern Macedonia (Next Generation), Montenegro (Mladiinfo Montenegro), Kosovo (OAPA), Greece (ICSD), Denmark (DraftCPH) will try to reduce the passivity of youth, lack of self-confidence through a six-month project , break stereotypes about gender as well as the position of women from rural areas.
The project “Increasing quality of activities targeting rural youth” aims to develop the mobility capacity of participants to respond to the needs and interests of young people in rural areas and develop their potential through quality activities.
Increasing the percentage of participation of young people aged 16 to 30 from rural areas in local, regional and national activities leading to personal and professional development is also one of the most important goals of the project, especially through capacity building activities.
It is necessary, of course, to support the development of new international projects that focus on youth from rural areas.
Through the next 4 activities (Study visit, Training course, Youth exchange and Seminar) there will be dissemination activities in partner countries, a blog, FB page, YouTube channel, a series of articles and many local workshops to maintain the intensity of the project.
