NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro (m!M) organised an action of giving away protective masks on the square „Sloboda“ in Nikšić from 7 p.m. to 8p.m. Our volunteers gave away cloth masks as well as surgical masks.
Designer Olga Andrijašević from Nikšić designed, sewed and donated masks. Olga is young entrepreneur who creates dresses in her attelier „Aoo dresses“, and she’s also a participant in our project „Through business to equality“.
Volunteers represented our organisation while donating masks to citizens. Masks are not easily available to everyone and people accepted them with a smile.
The goal of this action was to raise awareness of citizens of Nikšić about wearing masks in order to supress COVID-19 pandemic.
The message of our volunteers was „Wear masks, protect yourself from others and others from yourself“.
