As one of the representatives of the NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro, Haris Cilovic participated in a training course with topic about minority empowerment, held in Pristina, Kosovo. You can read his experience below.
“The training in Pristina was an excellent opportunity for me to get known with Erasmus plus program and how it works. It was first training for me of this kind and it awakened in me a desire and the will to be a regular member of the large Erasmus family. Until this training I had no opportunity to learn more useful things in a short time.
During the work sessions, we have developed various techniques and methods that will contribute to the encouragement of minorities. I will try to apply the acquired knowledge from the training in my community. The training was very useful and what is very important is that it is very practical in practice. I have met many young and bright people from different countries. I have learned more about their culture and history and of course got the opportunity and honor to represent my country to them.I would like to point out to the zoung people in Montenegro that they show interest in participating in such and similar programs”, Cilovic said.
