In the first step it is most important to write a resume properly and send an email in the right way, in the second step it is most important to be informed about the job you are looking for, the employer and what dress code is needed for that job and in the third step to talk for the employer, the most important thing is “Tips and tricks”, how to behave at the interview, mentioned the president of the NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro.
