NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro held a workshop how to write a proper CV at Secondary School of Economics ‘’Mirko Vesovic’’ in the premises of the youth club ‘’SUB’’ starting at noon. The workshop is the part of the project ‘’Increasing Quality of the Activities Targeting Rural Youth’’.
The representatives of Mladiinfo Montenegro spoke about their experiences of the project ‘’Increasing Quality of the Activities Targeting Rural Youth’’. Within the framework of this project they attended training and seminars in Greece, Serbia, Albania, Northern Macedonia and Denmark.
Workshop participants learnt how to write a proper CV which will help them with employment. A CV could be also attached when applying for a scholarship. It should include personal information, education, professional experience, relevant courses and seminars, knowledge of foreign languages and computer skills, personal attributes, hobbies and other notes, if there is any. The representatives of Mladiinfo Montenegro emphasized the importance of presenting yourselves in the CV for the greater chances that employer will invite you for an interview and offer you a job.
A biography should present you in your best light. The participants were told how to write a proper CV in a concise and beautifully structured manner. The participants who attended the workshop were high school and college students. Some students did not have their own CV so they pointed out how helpful this workshop is for writing their own original CV which they will need for future employment. One of the participants brought his own CV and with the help of the representative of Mladiinfo Montenegro completed it.
The attendees were also informed about the follow – up activities within this project.
