A representative of the NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro attended the second day of the online event DigitalOn, organized by the Association of Managers of Montenegro and the Digital Transformation Committee of AMM, on December 22, 2020, through the Zoom platform.
The event was addressed by: Slavoljub Popadić – President of the AMM Assembly, Joanna Joanna Małecka – Director for Southeast Europe: Music Streaming Service “Deezer”, Dejan Abazović – Advisor to the Prime Minister for IT, Bojana Bajić – Director General of the Directorate for Digitization and Information Systems, Tomislav Vintar – Executive Director of Circleblue, Dušan Radusinović – Head of Digital Services at Mtel, while the block presentations were given by: Aleksandar Vratonjić – Marketing Director at TeleGroup Belgrade, Matjaž Možina – Director of MA&SA Ljubljana and Valentina Radulović – Director of Innovation at the DigitalBee.
At the beginning, Ana Martinović, President of the PR and Marketing Committee of the Association of Managers of Montenegro, addressed the event.
“We did not expect that this year, due to the coronavirus pandemic, digital transformation will become an urgent need of the entire population”, said Ana Martinović.
Slavoljub Popadić spoke in more detail about electronic fiscalization.
“From my perspective, digitalization is actually a catalyst, in terms of improving productivity in those segments in which it is implemented”, said Slavoljub Popadić.
He emphasized that the digital transformation in Montenegro is not only a wish and ambition, but that we have realistic assumptions and experiences that encourage us to go on the right path.
Joanna Małecka spoke about the impact of the coronavirus on all areas, music streaming, and she had a special focus on how important digitalization is.
“Staying at home has changed our habits more than ever. We learned that there is nothing like a global pandemic that forces change to adapt to new technologies in our lives”, said Joanna Małecka.
She also talked about the future of music streaming.
“Fiscalization is a process of better monitoring of tax collection”, said Ana Martinović.
“Electronic fiscalization is a novelty, and therefore a challenge for business entities in Montenegro”, said Dušan Radusinović.
Dejan Abazović talked about the electronic fiscalization project implemented by the tax administration.
“DigitalOn is very important for the development of the digital society”, said Dejan Abazović.
Bojana Bajić believes that electronic fiscalization makes it easier for everyone.
“Electronic payment is one of the most modern methods of payment”, said Tomislav Vintar.
At the end of the participants speeches, block presentations were shown which indicated how important technology is for today’s society.
