NGO “Mladiinfo Montenegro” organized the workshop on the topic of volunteerism within the project “NEET worker”. The seminar was held from 1 to 9 December in Zakopane, Poland.
Mladiinfo Montenegro gave the presentation entitled “perfect volunteer” where they discussed the volunteering system in the organization, how to train new volunteers, and how to educate them. Within the “NEETworker” seminar, participants presented their experience in different fields, and which refers to the work with the youth. The “United Societies of Balkans” organization from Greece gave the presentation entitled “Step Forward”, where they discussed equality, discrimination, privileged and unprivileged people, xenophobia, poverty, and generally human rights. The “European Youth Association” from Macedonia gave the presentation on the topic of management, and the “Active Youth International” from Malta discussed the topic of refugees, death sentence, religion, abortion, and “MasterPeace” from Marocco discussed the topic of the personal leadership and innovations.
The main goal of the “NEETworker” seminar is creating the space for making new cooperation and practice in the field of the social accompanying. The second part of the program is very important and is named “Tool fair”, where each organization will have a chance to implement their workshops, using methods and techniques they use in everyday work. The project was funded by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ program.
