Mladiinfo Montenegro invites young people to apply for the participation in the introduction meeting that will take place in Poland from 1. December to 8. December 2018.

DESCRIPTION
The main goal of the meeting is to gather organizations within Erasmus+ program and partner countries for establishing new partnerships that will exchange good practices in the field of social inclusions.
This is a good opportunity for exchange, inspiration, and creating good practices as well as establishing new exercise methods for the work with the young people. Methods that will be used during the meeting are based on informal methodology: discussions, simulation games, technology of open space, drama etc.
CONDITIONS
Participants are expected to:
- Have experience in leading projects, youth work, young leadership.
- To share his/her experience and knowledge from various countries.
- Have a good knowledge of the English language.
- Be able to do the workshop 60 to 80 min with other participants who present methods, or techniques they use in everyday work.
