The workshop is realized within the USAID project “D-Tour: Improving digital skills for tourist facilities in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro”.

The main characteristics and benefits of this platform, good examples from practice, how to create a profile that is in line with the needs of the business, how to set all the necessary information about the offer and how to create a method of payment will be presented. All answers and information about Booking.com will be shared by Igor Stojanovic, who has over eight years of experience in education and work on platforms intended for tourism, catering and marketing. All representatives of small and medium enterprises in the field of tourism in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro can apply for the online workshop where they will have the opportunity to improve their skills and business through interactive lecture, exchange of experiences, individual exercises, consultation with the lecturer on site and materials for future work. Digitization in tourism has always been both a challenge and a need, but the current year has shown how the use of digital tools in the business of small tourism providers has become a necessity that can often make a difference between survival and business closure.
