The NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro is organizing a workshop on the Canvas business model on Friday, October 23, 2020 at 13.00 at the Yugoslavia Hotel in Niksic.

DESCRIPTION
The workshop will include a lecture on the Canvas business model and how to create it. In addition to the theoretical part, the training will include a practical part where participants will have the opportunity to create their own Canvas business model based on their business ideas, either on their own or with the help of a lecturer. Canvas is a modern business model based on which you can test your business idea. A business model is a set of our assumptions that we have about how we will do business, to whom we will sell something, in what way and why. The basis of Canvas is that it is a model and not a plan, the reason is very simple – the model can always be modified and the model is searched for, and the plan is executed and represents a constant in the business world.
