The representative of NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro, Aleksa Janičić presented the Erasmus+ project “SETYN: Socially Empowered and Transparent Youth Network”, as well as the manual “How to run a youth NGO”, which was created within the framework of the aforementioned project, which the NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro implements with partners. The presentation was held on May 15, 2022, at the Gymnasium “PantoMališić” in Berane.
Participants learned more about the project and the Erasmus+ program itself and the opportunities it offers. They also learned about activities carried out within the SETYN project, specifically The kick-off meeting in Skopje, organizational management training and organizational financial management training in Ulcinj. A manual “How to run a youth NGO” was also created, which is intended for existing and new organizations that have problems or need to improve their structure, management and activities: project writing, SWOT analysis, fundraising and calls for proposals. All workshop participants received a copy of this manual. The students of the “Panto Mališić” Gymnasium heard more about the Erasmus+ opportunities offered by our organization, as well as the European Solidarity Corps, a program for volunteering abroad.
